Debt Recovery

Are you owed money?
We are here to help you to recover money owed to you or your business. We have the experience and know-how to commence legal proceedings on your behalf.
Debtors will very often ignore the standard letter sent out by debt collection agencies.
We can offer a complete service from commencement to enforcement of your judgment and the money recovered goes straight back into your ‘financial bottom line’. For example we can recover money on: Unpaid invoices; cancelled / bounced / unpaid / returned and stopped cheques; unsecured debts; assigned debts.
A valuable option we offer is being able to check the whereabouts of your debtor and their bankruptcy and asset status to ensure they are worth pursuing.
If your debtor owes you more than £750.00 we assist them to settle their debt with you rather than face bankruptcy or liquidation.
Do you have an old but not forgotten un-enforced county court judgment gathering dust in your filing cabinet? We can help you convert that judgment into money.
